abstract | The invention discloses a method for manufacturing environment-friendly semi-polyurethane leather. The method is characterized in that: polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is taken as a foam layer, water-base cement is taken as an adhesive layer, and the environment-friendly semi-polyurethane (PU) leather is prepared by a transfer coating method. Water-borne polyurethane replaces the traditional solvent-type polyurethane to serve as a surface layer, a surface treatment layer and an adhesive layer of the semi-polyurethane leather, organic pollution is eliminated from the source, organic solvent resources are saved, potential safety hazards are eliminated, and the working environment of workers is improved. The content of volatile organic compounds (VOC) of the finished leather is less than 5mg/kg (of leather), the finished leather is eco-friendly and meets the requirement of ecological semi-PU leather, and other performance of the finished leather is equal to or superior to that of a solvent-type product. |
