titleOfInvention | Method for extracting polysaccharides from reed rhizome |
abstract | The invention provides a method for extracting polysaccharides from reed rhizome. The method comprises the following steps of: washing fresh reed rhizome by using water, draining, drying, cutting into small pieces, crushing by using a crusher, and sieving for later use; weighing a certain amount of reed rhizome powder, putting into a Soxhlet extractor, performing reflux extraction for 2 hours by adding 80 percent ethanol in amount which is 10 times that of the volume of the powder, recovering the ethanol, drying residues, adding distilled water in a certain ratio and extracting; leaching a water extracting solution, evaporating rotationally and concentrating to a certain volume, centrifuging and removing precipitates and impurities; removing protein by a sevag method; performing alcohol deposition on supernate; centrifuging, stirring and washing precipitates by using absolute ethanol, ethyl ether and acetone sequentially, and centrifuging; and drying the precipitates at the temperature of 40 DEG C to obtain reed rhizome crude polysaccharides, and measuring the content of the reed rhizome crude polysaccharides by a sulfuric acid-phenol colorimetric method. The extract rate and content of the obtained reed rhizome crude polysaccharides are high, and the basis is provided for the industrial production of the reed rhizome polysaccharides. |
