abstract The invention discloses N,N'-dipyrene butyryl lysine serving as a novel compound and a preparation method thereof. The chemical formula of the N,N'-dipyrene butyryl lysine is shown as a formula I shown in the specifications. The invention further discloses application of the N,N'-dipyrene butyryl lysine as a lead ion fluorescent probe and a lead ion precipitant. The invention further discloses a lead ion concentration detection method based on specific recognition of N,N'-dipyrene butyryl lysine and lead ions. The invention discloses a method for recovering the N,N'-dipyrene butyryl lysine. The N,N'-dipyrene butyryl lysine can be conveniently prepared into an aqueous solution, is convenient to operate and has high accuracy when applied to lead ion concentration detection, and can be precipitated together with lead ions in the aqueous solution to realize separation of the lead ions. Moreover, the method for recovering the N,N'-dipyrene butyryl lysine is easy, does not influence the environment, and is convenient to popularize and apply.
