titleOfInvention Application of natural compound P47 in inhibiting reproduction and growth of tumour cells
abstract The invention discloses an application of natural compound P47 in inhibiting activation of reproduction and growth of tumour cells. The structure formula of the natural compound P47 is showed in formula I. The compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof can be used for preparing the drugs for inhibiting the propagation of the tumour cells of the eucaryon or the drugs for preventing and/or treating the tumours. The in-vitro anti-tumour experiment proves that the compound P47 has better inhibiting effects on breast cancer cells (MCF-7), ovarian carcinoma cells (SKOV3), colon cancercells (Caco2) and vero fibrocyte (COS-7). (Formula I).
