The product comprises the following components in part by weight: 5 to 14.5 parts of Maca powder, 2 to 10 parts of sealwort extract, 1 to 8 parts of mulberry extract, 0.5 to 3 parts of Guarana extract, 0.01 to 0.5 part of zinc lactate, and 0.001 to 0.01 part of vitamin B1. In the product, Yunnan alpine Maca serves as a main raw material; the appearance, the size and the content of active ingredients of the Yunnan Maca approach those of Peru Maca; a standardized seedling and artificial planting system is established for the Yunnan Maca, so that large-scale artificial planting is realized, the annual yield of the Yunnan Maca can reach 100 tons, and the yield is stable; in addition, the compound coffee product prepared by adding common raw-food materials such as sealwort, mulberry and the like overcome the defect that the products for easing physical fatigue on the market are healthcare food; and experiments prove that Maca coffee can achieve the effect of easing physical fatigue.
