titleOfInvention | Full-closed loop automatic detection system of automobile radiator |
abstract | The invention discloses a full-closed loop automatic detection system of an automobile radiator. The system comprises a detection device, a master control device and an industrial personal computer. The temperature, water resistance, wind resistance and wind speed signals of the detected automobile radiator are connected with an input end of a current signal acquiring and arranging circuit in the detection device; a flow signal of the detected automobile radiator is connected with an input end of a pulse signal acquiring and arranging circuit in the detection device; a second 485 communication circuit in the master control device is connected with a first 485 communication circuit in the detection device respectively; a CAN (controller area network) controller circuit in the master control device is connected with a corresponding interface of a CAN card of the industrial personal computer; and an IO control circuit in the master control device is also connected with a detection switch of the detected automobile radiator. In the invention, the detection modes for detecting the indexes of the automobile radiator are integrated on a system, the closed-loop control process is realized, the qualification of the indexes of the automobile radiator is quickly, accurately and stably detected at a time, the efficiency and practicability are greatly improved, and the operation is convenient. |
