titleOfInvention | Manufacturing technology for chilled cast iron part |
abstract | The invention discloses a manufacturing technology for a chilled cast iron part. The manufacturing technology comprises the following steps: 1, mixing the following materials: 3.2-3.7% of C, 1.3-2.2% of Si, 0.3-0.9% of Mn, 0.2-0.8% of Cr, 0.24-0.6% of Ni, 0.2-0.6% of Mo, 0.2-0.8% of V, 0.005-0.05% of Ti, 0.005-0.05% of Bi, and the balance scrap steel, raw ion and scrap returns; 2, smelting: a, feeding and melting, b, overheat-standing: heating molten iron to 1520-1550DEG C and carrying out adiabatic standing to 1460-1500DEG C, and c, breeding: adding 0.3-0.4% of Si and 0.15-0.4% of a rare earth breeding alloy with an equivalent weight for substituting C, controlling the temperature of the molten iron at 1390-1430DEG C, and keeping for 30-60s; 3, pouring: pouring the 1380-1420DEG C molten iron into a sand mold with chiller, and molding according to a cooling speed of 80-120DE C/S; and 4, carrying out cool flask opening and sand cleaning. The technology of the invention can improve the microstructure of the chilled cast iron, and the obtained part has high hardness and good toughness, so the technology allows the mechanical performance of the chilled cast iron part to be improved and the service life of the chilled cast iron part to be prolonged. |
