titleOfInvention | Health care food for improving memory and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a health care food for improving the memory and a preparation method thereof and discloses a health care product for preventing senile dementia and improving the memory at present. The raw materials of the health care food comprise seabuckthorn oil, sharpleaf galangal fruit and gordon euryale seed extract. The invention aims at providing the preparation method of the health care food for improving the memory. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding water in acanthopanax for decocting and filtering; condensing filtrate at the reduced pressure to form thick paste; crushing residual ginseng, longan pulp and tuckahoe into fine powder; palletizing the thick paste and the fine powder and drying; adding a lubricating agent; uniformly mixing and tabletting; and coating with a thin film to obtain the health care food. Proved by functional tests, the health care food and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that: in the process of memory acquisition (training), the average number of errors of medium and high dose groups is smaller than that of a control group and the remarkable difference is obtained; and in the process of repeated tests, the latent period for the high-dose group to fall off a platform is longer than that of the control group, the average number of errors of the high-dose group is smaller than that of the control group, the reaction rate of errors of the high-dose group is lower than that of the control group and the remarkable difference (P is less than 0.05) is obtained. |
