abstract Compounds of formula (1), including all geometric and stereoisomers, JV-oxides and salts thereof, are disclosed, wherein Q is a benzene ring, a naphthalene ring system, a 5 to 6 membered fully unsaturated heterocycle, or an 8 to 10 membered heteroaromatic bicyclic ring system, each as described having optional substitutions as described publicly defined group; Q2 is a benzene ring, a naphthalene ring system, a 5 to 6 membered saturated, partially unsaturated or fully unsaturated heterocycle, or an 8 to 10 membered heteroaromatic bicyclic ring system, each as described having optional substituents as defined publicly; X is O, S(O) m , NR 4 , CR 15 R 16 , C(=O) or C(=S); and R 1 , R 1a , R 2 , R 4 , R 15 , R 16 and m are as defined in the publication. Compositions comprising compounds of formula (1) and methods for controlling plant diseases caused by pathogenic fungi comprising applying an effective amount of compounds or compositions of the present invention are also disclosed. The present invention also discloses compounds of formula (2), including all geometric and stereoisomers and salts thereof, wherein X is NH; and Q1 , Q2 and R2 are as defined for formula (1); which are useful intermediates for the preparation of compounds of formula (1).
