titleOfInvention Synergizing device for delivering warm water for piping manifold in methane tank wall by utilizing geothermy
abstract The invention relates to a synergizing device for delivering warm water for a piping manifold in a methane tank wall by utilizing geothermy, which belongs to the field of applied technology of new energy. The bottom part of the lower half part of the methane tank is built in a geothermy layer below the surface layer of a land, and liquid water in a water storage chamber at the bottom of the methane tank is heated to be heat water by heat in the geothermy layer; a solar battery is irradiated to produce current, and the current is input into a motor-driven suction pump through an electric lead, a controller and an inverter; by the current, the geothermy water in the water storage chamber at the bottom is input into a geothermy water storage tank through a geothermy water pumping pipe in the tank wall, meanwhile, from top to bottom, heat of the geothermy water can be evenly emitted into methane slurry through water output radiating pipes distributed in the tank wall, and warm water is properly sprayed from warm water spraying micropore spray nozzle arranged on walls of the water output radiating pipes to adjust the humiture in the methane tank simultaneously; and geothermy water circulation is utilized to provide appropriate temperature environment to enable methane bacteria to decompose organic matters quickly, so that the methane production rate of the methane tank is improved.
