titleOfInvention Method for preparing biodiesel with fish oil
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing biodiesel with fish oil, which is a method for preparing the biodiesel by using the fish oil as raw materials and in a way of base catalysis. The method includes the following steps: sulfuric acid and methanol solution are first used for preprocessing the fish oil under the temperature of 50 DEG C to 55 DEG C, so that the acid value of the fish oil is decreased to be lower than 10mg KOH/g, the mixture solution of sodium hydroxide and methanol is then added under the temperature of 50 DEG C to 60 DEG C, reaction takes place for 40 to 60 minutes, reaction solution is then rapidly cooled and kept still to be layered for 2 to 3 hours, glycerin in the lower layer is recovered, supernatant liquid is washed to be neutral by distilled water, then dried by 15 percent of anhydrous sodium sulfate and centrifugally separated, and thereby the yellow, clear, transparent biodiesel product is obtained. Determined by the weighing method and the glycerin determination method, the conversion rate of the biodiesel prepared from the fish oil by the base catalysis method is 95.5 to 97.5 percent, the acid value of the prepared biodiesel is 0.13mg KOH/g, thedensity is 0.87, the dynamic viscosity is 6.5cST under 40 DEG C, and the flash point is 119 DEG C. The method can sufficiently utilize discarded resources in aquatic product processing to provide thebiodiesel, thus mitigating the energy contradiction and reducing environment pollution, and the technology is used for production in all seasons, and has high production efficiency.
