abstract | The invention relates to a method for processing incineration fly ash with a composite medicament. The method which adopts a medicament A combined inorganic phosphorus medicament and a medicament B organic sulfur chelating agent as heavy metal stabilizing agents comprises the following steps: 1, mixing the incineration fly ash with an aqueous solution of the medicament A, and stirring for 10-30min to uniformly mix the flash ash with the medicament A to obtain a mortar A; 2, mixing the mortar A with an aqueous solution of the medicament B, and stirring for 10-30min to uniformly mix the flash ash with the medicament B to obtain a mortar B; and 3, maintaining the mortar B under natural ventilation conditions for over 24h, and preferably 24-36h to make effective components in the composite medicament be fully reacted with heavy metals in the flash ash, and conveying to a safe landfill. By adopting the method in the invention, the inorganic phosphorus medicament and the organic sulfur medicament mutually compensate each other, so the heavy metals in the incineration fly ash are efficiently stabilized, the usage amount of the composite medicament is reduced, and the flash ash processing cost is reduced. |
