abstract The invention discloses a vacuum pouring type carbon nano tube reinforced epoxy resin material for a megawatt-grade wind power generation blade and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises a resin main agent, a solidifying agent and a matched reinforcing liquid, wherein 25-45 parts by weight of solidifying agent and 5-20 parts by weight of matched reinforcing liquid are added in 100 parts by weight of resin main agent; the resin main agent comprises bisphenol A epoxy resin, bisphenol F epoxy resin and an active diluting agent; the solidifying agent comprises fatty amine, alicyclic amine, polyamide, imidazole and phenol; and the matched reinforcing liquid consists of an infiltration modifying agent and functional carbon nano tubes. The invention relates to a vacuum pouring type epoxy resin system material which is matched with a wind power generation blade; the material has good matching property with various fiber reinforcing bodies for blades, can fully exert the property of fiber, has low process cost, and meets the application requirements of the epoxy resin material for the megawatt-grade wind power generation blade in the aspects of manufacturability, heat resistance, mechanical property and the like.
