The method comprises firstly taking nickel salt, ferric salt, citric acid, alkali and deionized water as raw materials, microwave reacting, ultrasonic dispersing, reacting by heating, washing, ultrasonic dispersing, filtering, drying, roasting and grinding orderly to obtain NiFe2O4 solid powders; secondly taking NiFe2O4 solid powders, nickel salt, alkali and deionized water as raw materials, reacting, ultrasonic dispersing, pressure reducing and dehydrating, hot processing, washing, ultrasonic dispersing, filtering, drying, roasting and grinding orderly to obtain p-NiO/n-NiFe2O4 solid powders; thirdly taking p-NiO/n-NiFe2O4 solid powders, copper salt, ammonia water, reducing agent and deionized water as raw materials, reacting, ultrasonic dispersing, pressure reducing and dehydrating, heat processing, washing, ultrasonic dispersing, filtering, drying, roasting and grinding orderly to obtain Cu/p-NiO/n-NiFe2O4 composite semiconductor photocatalyst. The method has simple and feasible techniques, small investment and convenient application. |
