titleOfInvention Aerogel-loaded bamboo charcoal composite material and its preparation method
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of an aerogel-loaded bamboo charcoal composite material. The method comprises the following steps in order: 1) mixing 75-95 parts by weight of diatomite powder with 200-300 parts by weight of an alkali solution with a concentration of 3-4mol/L, and leaving the mixture to stand at a temperature of 80-120DEG C for 4-7h, then extracting the liquid phase; 2) first adding 25-35 parts by weight of bamboo charcoal into the liquid phase and mixing them uniformly, then adding an HCL solution or an H2SO4 solution with a concentration of 1-4mol/L dropwisely till pH of 4-7; 3) subjecting the mixed solution to ultrasonic dispersion; 4) leaving the dispersed mixed solution to stand at a temperature of 45-90DEG C for 2-5h, thus obtaining gel; 5) putting the gel in water first, and then drying it. The aerogel-loaded bamboo charcoal composite material prepared by the method of the invention has the characteristics of heat preservation, adsorption, negative ion release and light weight, etc.
