titleOfInvention | Preparation method of fritillary and loquat dripping pills for treating cough |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of fritillary and loquat dripping pills for treating cough, comprising the following steps of: (1) weighing raw materials; (2) decocting loquat leaf with water, filtering, concentrating to obtain clear paste, adding ethanol, fully mixing, standing, taking supernatant for later use; and (3) pulverizing fritillary bulb, performing hot reflux extraction with ethanol on the fritillary bulb powder, balloonflower and typhonium flagelliforme, filtering, combining the filtrate with the supernatant obtained in the step (2), recycling the ethanol, concentrating to obtain clear paste, cooling to room temperature, adding butanone for extraction, recycling the butanone and concentrating to obtain thick paste; heating a substrate for melting, adding the thick paste, stirring uniformly, adding menthol and mixing uniformly, and dripping to prepare dripping pills. The dripping pills disclosed by the invention have high drug content, small volume and high dissolution rate, are taken sublingually, can effectively avoid the first pass effect, have no stimulating side effect on gastrointestinal tracts, do not contain sugar, are conductive to quantitative administration and are convenient to store and transport. |
