abstract | The invention discloses a process for producing a solar cell back plate, which comprises the following steps of: (1) washing a PET (polyester) film; (2) drying the PET film; (3) carrying out corona treatment to the surface of the PET film; (4) preparing a bonder; (5) uniformly coating the bonder to one surface of the PET film; (6) curing the bonder; (7) preparing a coating; (8) uniformly applying the coating to the bonding layer; (9) curing the coating; (10) repeating the steps (8) and (9), and applying and curing the coating again; and (11) repeating the steps (5) to (10), and processing the other surface of the PET film by the same way. The solar cell back plate produced by the process is transparent and beautiful and has outstanding effects in electric insulation property, hydrolysis and aging resistance, size stability, water vapor barrier property, tensile property and ultraviolet resistance; and the back plate is firmly connected with the solar cell plate encapsulation material EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), so that the service life of the back plate is prolonged. |
