abstract | The invention discloses a high performance liquid chromatography analysis method of persimmon leaf quality. The method comprises steps of: 1) weighing at least ten persimmon leaf powder samples, mixing each persimmon leaf powder sample with extract respectively, carrying out reflux and cooling, then filtering to obtain a tested sample solution; 2) analyzing by the high performance liquid chromatography method to obtain a high performance liquid chromatography finger-print of the persimmon leaf and establishing a persimmon leaf high performance liquid chromatography contrast finger-print according to the high performance liquid chromatography finger-print of the persimmon leaf; 3) mixing the sample to be measured and the extract, carrying out reflux and cooling, then filtering to obtain a tested sample solution, and analyzing by the high performance liquid chromatography method according to chromatogram conditions in the step 2) to obtain a high performance liquid chromatography contrast finger-print of the sample to be measured; comparing the finger-print with the contrast finger-print. The preparation steps of the tested sample solution in the invention are concise; the whole analysis flow consumes a short time; and a goal of better controlling the quality of the persimmon leaf medicinal material is realized. |
