abstract The invention discloses a technology for refined rice bran oil rich in oryzanol. The technology comprises the steps of degumming, decolorizing, deacidification, deodorization and dewaxing of crude rice bran oil, and the deacidification step at least includes adsorption deacidification with a solid deacidification agent. Compared with traditional one-step alkali refining methods for deacidification, the technology of the invention reduces refining loss, cancels a washing process, saves water, reduces sewage discharge, and maintains high active component content like oryzanol. And compared with high temperature distillation method for deacidification, the technology of the invention has a low temperature, and reduces loss of vitamin E and sterol. While removing free fatty acid, oryzanol and other active components are reserved, so that development of functional rice bran oil with blood lipid regulating efficacy becomes possible.
