abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a hot melt adhesive by using recovered nylon. Main steps of the method comprise: 1, adopting a composite solid acid catalysis method or a non-catalytic method to degrade recovered nylon and water at a high temperature under high pressure; adding the generated product to a reactor to carry out high temperature cracking; adding the generated middle and small molecular nylon to a high temperature and high pressure reactor; 2, adopting an air catalytic oxidation method to oxidize polyethylene wax and polypropylene wax; adding the oxidized polyethylene wax or the oxidized polypropylene wax to the reactor; 3, refining nylon acid, then adding the refined nylon acid to the reactor; 4, adding diamine to the reactor; 5, adopting a vacuum pump to carry out vacuumizing for the reactor, and then introducing nitrogen; 6, carrying out slow temperature increasing and pressure increasing for the reactor, carrying out the reaction for 0.1-6 hours at the temperature of 160-310 DEG C under reaction pressure of 0.5-3.8 MPa; 7, introducing cooling water after completing the reaction, reducing the pressure, reducing the temperature of the materials in the reactor, discharging the material, then carrying out treatments of pelletizing and crushing to prepare the hot melt adhesive powder, wherein the particle size of the hot melt adhesive powder meets the process requirement. |
