Indole alkaloids (phidianidine A and phidianidine B) and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract |
The invention relates to indole alkaloids (phidianidine A and phidianidine B) and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the indole alkaloids (phidianidine A and phidianidine B) which are extracted and separated from a marine mollusk and have a structural formula shown in the specification. In structure, the indole alkaloids are compounds containing 1,2,4-oxadiazole groups which are separated from marine resources for the first time. In-vitro antitumor activity tests show that the compounds can significantly inhibit the activity of tumor cells; therefore, the compounds are expected to be applied to medicines for treating cancers/tumors. The invention also can provide lead compounds for researching and developing new medicines for treating various common frequent cancers and has an important meaning for developing and utilizing living marine resources of China. The formulas of the phidianidine A and phidianidine B are shown in the description. |
