abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and relates to 1-substituted aryl-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-1,2-propanedione and derivatives of the 1-substituted aryl-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-1,2-propanedione compound. The derivatives have a structure shown in the description, wherein X and Y are O, NOH, NOR, and NR; and R is C1-C6 alkyl. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable nontoxic salts formed by the derivatives represented by the structural formula, and hydrates thereof. The pharmaceutically acceptable nontoxic salts include salts formed by the derivatives and acids. As a result of pharmacological activity tests, the derivatives have good tumor-inhibiting activities. The derivatives can be used in tumor cell antiblastics in the preparations of tumor inhibiting medicines. |
