abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing ultra-micro lightyellow sophora root powder at normal temperature. The method comprises the following steps of: drying Chinese medicinal lightyellow sophora root slices until the water content is less than or equal to 10 percent; grinding the dried lightyellow sophora root at normal temperature, and thus obtaining coarse powder with the particle size of 60 to 80 meshes; putting the obtained coarse powder into a rod mill, grinding, feeding into a special bidirectional airflow screening machine through pneumatic conveying, screening by using a 500-mesh sieve to obtain powder with the particle size of less than or equal to 25 micrometers, conveying to a vortex material collecting device by using airflow generated by a draught fan, collecting, and thus obtaining finished ultra-micro lightyellow sophora root powder; and collecting the powder which is not screened by the 500-mesh sieve by using a funnel, conveying to the rod mill by using a pipeline, and circularly grinding again. The method has the advantages that: the whole preparation process is performed at normal temperature without low temperature or special additional conditions; the prepared finished medicine has the particle size of less than or equal to 25 micrometers, so that cell wall breaking rates and bioavailability are greatly improved; and by the bidirectional airflow screening machine used in the method, the preparation process of the ultra-micro lightyellow sophora root powder is greatly simplified, and the aim of controllable quality standards of Chinese medicine powder is fulfilled. |
