abstract The invention relates to the technical field of a chemistry stabilizer, in particular to an environmental-friendly calcium-zinc stabilizer for a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) rolling film and a preparation method thereof. The environmental-friendly calcium-zinc stabilizer for the PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) rolling film comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-30% of main calcium salt stabilizer, 10-30% of main zinc salt stabilizer, 30-50% of hydrotalcite, 10-20% of lubricating agent, 5-15% of phenothiazine heterocyclic compound, 1-5% of oxidation inhibitor, 1-5% of ultraviolet light absorber and 1-5% of auxiliary stabilizer. The preparation method of the environmental-friendly calcium-zinc stabilizer for the PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) rolling film comprises the following steps of: putting the raw materials in a high-speed blender in three stages and totally stirring for 30 min in the temperature of 55-56 DEG C, wherein the rotating speed of the blender is 1000-1500r/min. The environmental-friendly calcium-zinc stabilizer for the PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) rolling film, which is prepared by the invention, has good thermal resistant property and weather resistance.
