abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a periodic polymer containing alkyl group, amido group and ester functional group, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving 1 mol of alpha,omega-alkylol amine and 2 mol of pyridine in dichloromethane or tetrahydrofuran, cooling in an ice bath, slowly and dropwisely adding 2 mol of bromacyl bromide, standing for one night at room temperature while stirring, and separating and purifying by column chromatography to obtain a dibromo compound; and (2) in the presence of the solvent tetrahydrofuran, adding 1 mol of nitroso compound, 0.5-5 mol of dibromo compound, 1-10 mol of metallic copper and 1-10 mol of polyamine into a reactor, stirring, deoxidizing, and reacting at 10-60 DEG C for 0.1-24 hours to obtain the periodic polymer. The polymerization reaction has the advantages of high activity and mild reaction conditions, and the obtained polymer contains more than three functional groups, such as alkyl group, ester group, amido group and the like; the functional groups are arranged in a regular sequence; and the polymerization degree is 3-270, and the molecular weight distribution index is 1.3-2.4. The preparation of the polymer has not been reported in documents.
