abstract The invention discloses a novel plant growth regulator aromatic aminocyclopropionic acid. Compound provided by the invention, as shown in general formula I: Formula I; in formula I, the R is the following R1 or R2: the R1 is a phenyl group or a substituent-containing benzene ring; the R2 is a pyridyl group or a substituent-containing pyridine ring; the substituent-containing The substituents in the benzene ring or the substituted pyridine ring are selected from any one or any two of the following: halogen, NO 2 , alkyl and alkoxy. Experiments of the present invention prove that a class of aramidylaminocyclopropionic acid compound designed and synthesized by the present invention is used to measure the seed germination activity of wheat, and it is found that it has the plant growth regulation activity of inhibiting seed germination.
