abstract The invention discloses an exhaust gas recycling method for olefin polymer production, wherein the exhaust gas which is generated after the polyolefin resin is devolatilized undergoes a compression and condensation process and enters a gas-liquid separation process, so condensed fluid and uncondensed gas are separated out; the condensed fluid undergoes a degassing process to separate an inert gas and low carbon hydrocarbon out and then is divided into two parts, one part returns to the compression and condensation process, and the other part returns to a reaction system; and the uncondensed gas undergoes a gas separation process to separate hydrocarbon constituents out, and returns to the compression and condensation process, meanwhile, the separated small molecules are discharged to a flare system, the tail gas is used as the resin delivery gas, and the rest of gas returns to a resin devolatilization process. The invention further discloses a device which can implement the method. The invention effectively recycles various hydrocarbon constituents in the exhaust gas, particularly, the recovery rate of the low carbon hydrocarbon is improved, and the inert gas is recycled at the same time, so good realistic significance and application value are obtained.
