titleOfInvention Production method of eggs with low cholesterol, rich selenium and potassium
abstract The invention relates to a production method of eggs with low cholesterol, rich selenium and potassium. The method comprises the steps of: taking 50 parts of laying hen complete feed and 0.5-1 part of a Chinese herbal medicinal composition by weight, mixing them uniformly so as to obtain feed A, feeding a laying hen of 60d old with the feed A continuously till 125d old; mixing 50 parts by weight of laying hen complete feed and 0.5-1 part by weight of a Chinese herbal medicinal composition uniformly, thus obtaining feed B, feeding the laying hen over 125d old persistently over a whole laying period. Eating of the eggs provided by the method of the invention can supplement selenium, potassium and other trace elements simultaneously, while the cholesterol content of the eggs is lower than common eggs.
