abstract |
A composition comprising microRNA-150 and microRNA-886-3p, a device comprising the composition used in detection of lung cancer prognosis and the use of the composition in preparation of medicine for inhibiting mammal and human lung cancer metastasis are provided. The expression levels of the microRNA-150 and microRNA-886-3p can be used as the diagnostic criteria of lung cancer prognosis, and high expression level indicates favorable therapeutic effect. A method for detecting the expression level of the microRNA-150 and microRNA-886-3p in sample is provided too. |
