abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method for a P-N junction flexible solar cell, which comprises the following steps of: a, placing CuCl2.2H2O, InCl3.4H2O and CH4N2S sulfourea in alcohol, transferring to a high pressure kettle, reacting for 6-12h at 120-180 degrees centigrade, and washing and drying the product CuInS2, wherein molar ratio of indium chloride tetrahydrate to cuprous chloride to sulfourea is 1 : 1 : 2 to 1 : 2 : 6; b, preparing P25 into factice, and uniformly preparing on a metal wire mesh by using a drawing machine; and sintering at 100-500 degrees centigrade for 80-180min; c, uniformly dispersing the CuInS2 in PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) or PVDF-HFP (Polyvinylidene Fluoride Hexafluoropropylene) pyrrolidone solution; d, uniformly dispersing the product obtained in the step c on the metal wire mesh obtained in the step b, and drying at 90-140 degrees centigrade to obtain a photoelectrode. The method has simple technology and low cost, and can prepare the large area solar cell. |
