titleOfInvention | siRNAs (small interfering ribonucleic acids) for suppressing expression of PAR-1 (proteinase activated receptor-1) genes and application thereof |
abstract | In the invention, according to the siRNA (small interfering ribonucleic acid) design principle, eight pairs of siRNAs are designed aiming at mRAN sequences of PAR-1 (proteinase activated receptor-1) genes. The eight pairs of siRNAs can be used for suppressing expression of the PAR-1 genes. As the expression levels of the PAR-1 genes are closely related to liver fibrosis, the pathological process of liver fibrosis can be effectively delayed and even blocked by suppressing expression of the PAR-1 genes, thus achieving the aim of treating cirrhosis. The eight pairs of siRNA sequences can be used for preparing medicaments for treating liver fibrosis. |
