titleOfInvention Insect antimicrobial peptide Drosomycin fusion protein and application thereof in plant disease resistance
abstract The invention discloses an insect antimicrobial peptide Drosomycin fusion protein and the application thereof in plant disease resistance. The insect antimicrobial peptide Drosomycin fusion protein is a protein 1) or 2) as follows: 1) a protein consisting of amino acid sequences shown as a sequence 2 in a sequence table; and 2) a protein which is obtained by substituting and/ or deleting and/or adding one or more amino acid residues of an amino acid residue sequence of the sequence 2 in the sequence table, is related to the plant disease resistance and derived from the protein 1). Detection result of the disease resistance shows that the Drosomycin transgenic arabidopsis has obvious resistance to golovinomyces cichoracearum, botrytis cinerea and other fungi, which proves that the Drosomycin has an obvious effect in controlling plant diseases caused by fungi and has a certain application value.
