abstract The invention discloses a device and a method for waste water coagulating sedimentation reaction with multiple points casted together. The device comprises a reactor main body, a dosing mixing system, a multipoint casting water distribution system, a mud-water separation system, a sludge backflow system and a water outlet system, wherein a mud-water separation area is arranged at the upper part of the reactor main body, and a sludge hopper is arranged at the lower part of the reactor main body; the dosing mixing system is arranged at the top part of the reactor main body; the mud-water separation system is arranged in the mud-water separation area; the water outlet system is arranged at the upper part of the mud-water separation system; the multipoint casting water distribution system is arranged at the junction of the mud-water separation area and the sludge hopper; and the sludge backflow system is arranged outside the reactor main body. By adopting the method, special demulsification, coagulation and flocculation units do not need to be designed, so that the occupied space and construction costs are reduced. In the method, a perforated pipe is adopted for water distribution, and a pipe chute sedimentator is adopted for separating water and mud, so that the time for separation water and mud is shortened, and the efficiency for separating water and mud is enhanced. In the method, the sludge backflow system is adopted for realizing the backflow of part sludge, so that drugs which are not reacted are sufficiently utilized, and the utilization rate of the drugs is enhanced.
