The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel and excellent preventive and/or therapeutic method for cannabinoid type 2 receptor-related diseases based on cannabinoid type 2 receptor agonism. The present inventors have found that heterocyclic derivatives mainly having two substituents, such as pyrimidine-5-carboxamide derivatives having a substituted amino group at the 2-position, exhibit strong agonistic effects on cannabinoid type 2 receptors, and can The present invention has been accomplished as a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for cannabinoid type 2 receptor-related diseases such as inflammatory diseases and pain. |
