A technical scheme, which is characterized in that: the oil removal method for improving the recovery rate of the tertiary oil recovery is utilized to make underground dehydrated crude oil contact with an oil removal composition under water injection conditions that the oil removal temperature is equal to or greater than 75DEG C, the total mineralizing rate is equal to or greater than 20000mg/L, and the total amount of calcium ions and magnesium ions is greater than 500mg/L, and allows the crude oil to be fully removed from core, is adopted to well solve the problems and can be applied to the production of the tertiary oil recovery of the oil field, wherein the oil removal composition comprises 0.01-3.0 wt% of a heatproof salt-resistant copolymer KWKY-PAD, 0.01-5.0 wt% of a fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate surfactant and 92.0-99.98 wt% of injection water.
