The method includes the following steps: 2-(4-ethyl-1-piperazinyl)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10-hexahydrocycloocta [b] pyridine (Blonanserin) is heated to be dissolved in the mixture of ethanol, n-butyl alcohol, tertiary butanol, isobutyl alcohol, petroleum ether, butyl acetate, ethanol and isopropanol, and the Blonanserin crystallization is then obtained by way of recrystallization. The Blonanserin crystallization prepared by the method is safe, low in toxicity and stable for light, wet and heat, and is convenient to produce and store. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a drug combination containing the Blonanserin crystallization as an antipsychotic drug.
