titleOfInvention | Compound propolis composite for treating chicken infectious laryngotracheitis and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a compound propolis composite for treating chicken infectious laryngotracheitis in the field of poultry medicine and a preparation method thereof. The compound propolis composite comprises the following ingredients. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out ultramicro smashing on various ingredients (except interferon) in a formula, and screening by a screen of 700 meshes; (2) weighing 15-25 parts of propolis, 5-15 parts of interferon for chicken, 10-35 parts of honeysuckle, 15-30 parts of ephedra according to weight, and evenly mixing for 5-10 minutes; (3) weighing 10-30 parts of Scutellaria baicalensis, 10-35 parts of Platycodon grandiflorum, 10-25 parts of semen armeniacae amarae, 15-35 parts of liquorice and 10-30 parts of blackberry lily, and evenly mixing for 5-10 minutes; (4) combining the composites obtained in steps (2) and (3); and continuously and evenly mixing for 10-15 minutes. The compound propolis composite has the beneficial effect that the composite does not have toxic and side effect, is free from pollution and drug residue, does not have drug tolerance, has the advantages of ultramicro smashing and high bioavailability and has specially good effect on the chicken infectious laryngotracheitis proven by the clinical trials. |
