abstract The invention discloses rubber for a chloroprene rubber hose, which comprises the following components in part by weight: 100 parts of chloroprene rubbers CR121, 4-6 parts of magnesium oxides, 0.5-3 parts of stearic acids, 2-8 parts of anti-aging agents RD, 1-3 parts of anti-aging agents 4010NA, 0.5-2 parts of anti-aging agents RDA, 3-10 parts of Rhine waxes, 0.5-1.5 parts of anti-aging agents MB, 1-3.5 parts of lubricants TR121, 10-20 parts of middle ultrahigh wear resistances N220, 5-15 parts of carbon blacks N660, 5-15 parts of precipitated white carbon blacks, 0.5-1.5 parts of coupling agents Si69, 3-8 parts of colza oils, 4-12 parts of butyl phthalates, 2-8 parts of calcium oxides, 3-10 parts of organic zinc oxides, 0.1-0.5 part of scorch retarders CTP, 0.3-1 part of sulphurs, 0.5-1.5 parts of accelerators CBS and 0.1-0.2 part of accelerators Na-22. During a preparation process, parts of raw materials are firstly subjected to rubber material plastication on demand, and then other raw materials are added and are subjected to rubber material mixing, and lastly a vulcanized system is added to carry out mill run for 5-7 times. A product of rubber connecting hose produced according to such a rubber formula is excellent in heat resistance, tearing resistance and dynamic fatigue resistance.
