titleOfInvention | Filter media for removing aluminum from water, and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention discloses a filter media for removing aluminum from water, a preparation method thereof, and a filter core prepared through the filter media. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 200-400 parts by weight of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 200-400parts by weight of active carbon, 20-80 parts by weight of NaY type molecular sieve, 10-50 parts by weight of a pore-forming agent, 80-200 parts by weight of titanium dioxide and 30-100 parts by weight of calcium sulfate to obtain a mixture, wherein the weight average molecular weight of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene is 3.5-8 million; placing the mixture in a molding device to carry out molding; then carrying out sintering for 30-100 minutes at a temperature of 150-250 DEG C; cooling and demoulding to obtain the filter media. According to the present invention, the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, the active carbon, the NaY type molecular sieve, the titanium dioxide and the calcium sulfate provide strong absorption effects for the aluminum; with the filter core prepared through the filter media, the aluminum in the water requiring treatment can be effectively removed. |
