abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing an astragalus polysaccharide glucose-lowering capsule, which belongs to the method for preparing Chinese medicines. After repetition tests of refluxing extractive of coptis chinensis and astragalus ethanol and honeysuckle warm immersion alcohol settling conditions, the optimal extractive process of the preparation is determined through screening of an orthogonal method. Loss of effective constituents is effectively reduced in production and more impurities are removed. Compared with the prior art, clinical dose is reduced by 60%, bioavailabilityof the preparation is improved, and the purpose of reducing dose under the premise of the same curative effect is achieved. |
