abstract The invention discloses a one-pot preparation method of sintofen. The method comprises the following steps of: putting 3-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-2,3-dioxoethyl propionate-2-(4-chlorphenyl) hydrazone and potassium carbonate serving as raw materials and organic solvent serving as a solvent into a reaction pot to perform primary reaction, distilling and reclaiming the organic solvent after the reaction is ended, adding an ethylene glycol monomethyl ether solution of potassium hydroxide into the reaction pot to perform secondary reaction, acidifying and filtering, and thus obtaining a sintofen product. By adopting the method, the intermediates do not need to be separated, and the solvent can be recycled, so that the reaction process is simplified, the production cost is reduced, and the method is convenient for industrialized production.
