titleOfInvention | Method for separating ethanol from fermentation liquor |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for separating ethanol from fermentation liquor. Ethanol fermentation liquor is subjected to solid-liquid separation, and a clear liquid is obtained; the clear liquid passes through an adsorption column provided with macroporous adsorption resin, ethanol is selectively adsorbed, the saturated macroporous adsorption resin is subjected to hot air heating desorption and vacuum suction desorption, and steam of ethanol and water is collected, and is condensed to form a high concentration ethanol solution; and the desorbed adsorbent is subjected to regeneration treatment to be recycled. By the method, the inhibition effect of the ethanol on yeast cells in the fermentation process can be eliminated, and energy consumption for ethanol separation is reduced. |
