titleOfInvention Batch preparation method for pattern coded microcarrier
abstract Provided in a batch preparation method for a pattern coded microcarrier which is prepared by distributing a liquid material onto a substrate with a coding pattern template through the method of contact printing, curing the liquid material to obtain microparticles with a pattern, separating and collecting the pattern coded microparticles from the substrate and fixing a sensing sensitive material on the pattern coded microparticles. The method comprises the following steps: a, preparing a substrate with a recessed or protruding coding pattern array; b, distributing a solidifiable liquid material onto the area of the substrate containing a coding pattern by using the method of contact printing, and solidifying the liquid material to form microparticles with a pattern code on their surfaces; c, separating and collecting the microparticles, and fixing a sensing sensitive material so as to form a pattern coded microcarrier; d, repeating step a, b and c to prepare microcarriers with different pattern codes. The invention has the characteristics of simple operation, low cost and capacity of batch preparation.
