titleOfInvention Dust-removing system for biomass gasification furnace
abstract The invention relates to a gas purifying system, and particularly relates to a dust-removing system for a biomass gasification furnace. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the dust-removing system for the biomass gasification furnace comprises a cyclone dust collector, a tubular dust-removing cooler, a spraying dust-removing cooling tower and a foam dust-removing cooling tower; an exhaust port of the biomass gasification furnace is connected to a smoke inlet connecting pipe of the cyclone dust collector; a first smoke exhausting connecting pipe of the cyclone dust collector is connected to a second smoke inlet connecting pipe of the tubular dust-removing cooler; a second smoke exhausting connecting pipe of the tubular dust-removing cooler is connected to a third smoke inlet connecting pipe of the spraying dust-removing cooling tower; and a third smoke exhausting connecting pipe of the spraying dust-removing cooling tower is connected to a fourth smoke inlet connecting pipe of the foam dust-removing cooling tower. The dust-removing system is characterized by simple structure, better dust-removing effect, lower running cost, and the like.
