titleOfInvention Novel application of Spondin-2 (SPON2)
abstract The invention discloses novel application of Spondin-2 (SPON2). The novel application is application of an antibody for the SPON2 in preparation of a kit for aided diagnosis of prostatic cancer. An experiment shows that: an enzyme coupled immune kit for detecting the SPON2 or an immunohistochemistry kit for detecting the SPON2 are used for diagnosing the prostatic cancer, so a diagnosis result is more precise and accurate; and the novel application is superior to the conventional prostatic specific antigen (PSA) diagnosis method.
