abstract | The invention discloses a boric acid detection kit which comprises a kit body; and the kit body is internally provided with sample treatment liquid, a rapid detection reagent strip and a standard colorimetric plate. A method for preparing the boric acid detection kit comprises the steps of: preparing the sample treatment liquid containing acid and alcohol, and mixing the acid and the alcohol with halogenated hydrocarbon; preparing the rapid detection reagent strip: firstly preparing soak solution which is obtained by stirring turmerone, acid and alcohol and cooling the mixture; then, putting a filter paper strip into the soak solution, soaking for 8-12h, taking out the soaked filter paper strip and drying, and obtaining the rapid detection reagent strip; and arranging a boric acid content standard color block on the standard colorimetric plate, and taking the color rendered by quantitative boric acid and the turmerone as a standard color plate which is the basis of semi-quantitative analysis. The invention is quicker, more sensitive, more accurate and more reliable in the detection for borax, the boric acid and borate. The invention is stable in color rendering property, thus not fading. |
