abstract The invention belongs to a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) floor, and particularly relates to a dual-layer flame-retardant PVC plastic floor, which is characterized in that the dual-layer flame-retardant PVC floor consists of a dual-layer structure, a surface layer is made of an auxiliary material and a bottom layer is made of a main material; the main material consists of 100-120 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 8-10 parts of octyltin mercaptide, 25-30 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 11-15 parts of ethoxylated aliphatic alkylamine, 5-10 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 5-10 parts of magnesium hydroxide and 2-4 parts of anti-aging agent by weight; and the auxiliary material consists of 100-120 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 10-12 parts of methacrylate-butadiene-styrene (MBS) resin, 3-5 parts of zinc stearate, 4-6 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 5-8 parts of tribasic lead sulfate, 2-4 parts of di-tert-butylhydroquinone resin and 5-10 parts of magnesium hydroxide by weight. The invention provides the PVC floor with good flame-retardant performance. Since flame retardants, i.e. aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide are added, flames can be retarded effectively, new pollution is not caused and the flame retardants can be used as filling materials to reinforce the strength of the floor.
