titleOfInvention Method for preparing nano-thickness photo-crosslinking high-molecular gel membrane on surface of glass
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing a nano-thickness photo-crosslinking high-molecular gel membrane on a surface of glass. The method comprises the following steps: selecting the glass with smooth surface, coating a reactant solution on one side of the glass in a darkroom; adding a filter capable of penetrating through visible light and/or ultraviolet light between the light source and glass, wherein the position of the light source satisfies the position of total reflection generated by light on the glass, turning on the light source for 2-30 minutes, wherein the light is incident onto one side coated with the reactant solution from the surface without coating the reactant solution, generating decadent wave on an interface of the reactant solution and glass; triggering the reactant solution by decadent wave to react for preparing the nano-thickness gel membrane; immersing the glass processed in a step (B) in deionized water for removing the unreacted solution. So that the nano-thickness high-molecular gel membrane can be prepared on the glass, the prepared material can be used for screening cells with specific diameter scope, screening inorganic nanoparticles, adjusting the focal length of optical microscope lens and the like in cells culture.
