abstract | The invention relates to LED (light emitting diode) detection technology, and discloses a ceramic package type LED spot measurement device. The device comprises at least one detection mechanism and an integrating sphere, wherein the integrating sphere is connected with the detection mechanism; the detection mechanism comprises a probe device and a marking device for marking an LED; and the probe device comprises a probe, a probe frame and a drive mechanism for driving the probe frame to move up and down. A ceramic package type LED spot measurement method comprises the following steps: I, feeding: a feeding mechanism feeds a substrate into an adjustment mechanism, and the adjustment mechanism moves the substrate to a detection area; II, spot measurement: a drive mechanism drives the probe to move downward and punctures the silica gel on the substrate, and the integrating sphere performs judgment; III, recovery: a conveying belt of a collection device conveys the substrate into a substrate collector; and IV: sub-packaging. The spot measurement method provided by the invention has simple steps, is easy to implement, can be used for marking during detection, and ensures low error rate. |
