titleOfInvention Method for culturing microbes through fermentation
abstract The invention discloses a method for culturing microbes through fermentation. The method comprises the following process steps of: performing one-stage seed culture on proper bacillus produced seeds, and performing heat treatment at the temperature of between 60 and 90DEG C for 5 to 60 minutes; performing two-stage seed culture and heat treatment; performing three-stage seed culture, heat treatment and cold treatment; inoculating three-stage seeds subjected to cold treatment into a liquid medium, and culturing in a fermentation tank for 16 to 36 hours; and dynamically detecting real-time data in the fermentation culture process and supplying a liquid medium and/or alkali to the fermentation tank in real time. By the method, the viable count and the fermentation coefficient of fermentation liquor are greatly improved, the yield is high, the energy consumption is low, the cost is low, the product quality standard is improved, after the seeds are subjected to heat treatment and cold treatment, the microbes synchronously grow in the fermentation culture process, the obtained microbe powder has high viable count, spores are quickly matured, the spore conversion rate is high, the fermentation level is high, the yield of viable bacteria is high, and the survival rate of the viable bacteria is high.
